1, 12Cr1MoV alloy steel characteristics

2. Preparation process of 12Cr1MoV alloy steel
The preparation process of 12Cr1MoV alloy steel mainly includes smelting, casting, rolling and heat treatment. First of all, the raw material is smelted, the impurity elements are removed, and the appropriate amount of alloying elements are added; Secondly, the molten steel after smelting is cast to form steel ingot; Thirdly, the ingot is rolled and processed into the desired shape and size; Finally, heat treatment is carried out to adjust the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the material.
